When Joe has been forced to give bench guys regular minutes, they get better (Pritchard, Hauser). Has he noticed or is he just gonna remain stubborn about this like everything else he does that might need some adjustment when he digs his heels in.

Good win.

Kinda felt like we were testing some things in that fourth quarter.  Running through JB more than we usually do.  Mixed results... I thought we generated some good looks that just bricked out, but we also had some ugly possessions and bad turnovers, particularly early in the quarter.  I like Oshae's energy but we play 4-on-5 offensively with him out there and that makes it really tough to get the ball inside like we had done so much in the first half especially.  A lot of extra traffic, and that's especially problematic when flowing through Jaylen.

Not going to overreact to the run Brooklyn had... Cam hit some crazy shots and it looked like we were acceptably quick to adjust and get the ball out of his hands.  Much more interested in our cold offensive spell and how we can fix it.  I can live with missed shots.  Throwaway possessions where we never give ourselves an opportunity are a separate question.

I agree that it seemed like we were trying things out - JB initiating the offense, more zone defense than usual. These games are perfect for that. I don't mind it.

Not just in the East, either. The top 4 in the West have all had some recent losses, as well. Only Minny is within 4 losses of us right now and 4.5 total games back, with everyone else 5 full games/losses back. Crazy separation at this point in the season, especially with one of the simpler schedules remaining moving forward.

A lot of teams stumble before the All Star Break.
