Now would be the ideal time for Tatum to have a scoring frenzy and for the Celtics to win two in a row.

First game of the Finals I’ll be watching live (at 3 AM here), hope it will be a good one.

ESPN be like "Last time Warriors were down 2-1 in the Finals, they won 3 straight to beat the Cavs so they have been here before"

That was 7 years ago. Klay is just a shell of himself now, Draymond hurting his team, and back then Irving and Love were injured lol

Win this one especially with Curry not 100%..then there’s no way Warriors can win 3 in a row
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

Boston needs to treat this game as if they are behind in the series. It’s that important. 3-1 would be the death blow to the warriors.

2-2 would mean having to win another game in SF.

Keep hearing the warriors are going to be this or play that. Just play the Celtics game minus the turnovers and poor third quarter.

I don't feel good about that. Even if we win tonight, I don't think we'll pull off another victory in San Fran in either Game 5 or Game 7.

So, yes, I understand that Boston winning game 1 is the reason for the following, but I still find it ironically hilarious:

Almost every national guy I have seen or heard today is picking Golden State to win. A very large group of these same guys picked Golden State in 7. And yet, before each game, these same guys have chosen the Dubs to win every game. You would figure at some point these guys would pick Boston to win one game given they picked a seven game series.

I think these talking head types are allergic to admitting that they are or have ever been wrong. Their reasoning for GS winning is always incredibly shaky

Goodness…the conclusion that the warriors are getting an automatic win tonight by the national media is puzzling.

Can it happen? Yes…but we still haven’t seen a great Tatum game yet. Plus they are at home and Boston has been great in every game 4 this playoffs.

Gonna state the obvious but PLEASE team…

1.  Protect the ball - gotta limit the turnovers, particularly the live ball type where we throw the ball to GS at the top of the key that allows them to take off
2.  Stop dropping -  Al and RW especially!  Cant continue allowing Steph to take pull up 3s with space.  If Steph is gonna blow by so be it.  Make him and Klay put it on the floor.  Even blitzing occasionally to take them out of rythym.
3.  Match GS intensity -  they have their backs against the wall.  We gotta come out with force and not allow them to be the bully.
4.  Gang rebound -  have to crash the D boards and limit second chance opportunities.
5.  3rd quarter - come out with pace and stop walking the ball up.  Avoid stagnant, ISO play.  Move the ball and move without it.
6.  Attack Steph -  Marcus abused him particularly down low and Tatum needs to continue attacking downhill on him
7.  Be the bully -  Draymond is obviously gonna pick up his intensity and even expect some more dirty tactics.  We cant allow him to fluster is so they have to play tough BUT smart with him.   Also Al has to play with force when he has the chance down low.

Lets get this one tonight!!
