Boston Celtics center Robert Williams will test his left knee in warmups, but there’s optimism he’ll be available for Game 5 vs. Miami tonight, sources tell ESPN.

Fingers crossed.

Playoffs are about matchups and the Heat don't seem to have an answer for TimeLord.

I mean, should we really have brought him back this soon if this is going to be the status quo the rest of the postseason - a coin flip whether he can play consecutive games due to soreness? This doesn’t seem like it’s just standard post-surgery soreness at this point, though perhaps it is?

I know hindsight is 20/20, but with not needing him vs the Nets and his lackluster fit in the Milwaukee series, I do wish we would’ve given him a few more games off before getting him back in the fold, even on a minutes restriction.

Isn't he dealing with something else, a bone bruise?

I wonder if Herro might be done for the series. He’s supposedly dealing with an injury that would keep him out 2-4 weeks in the regular season. Also Oladipo is balling anyways

Refs tonight are Marc Davis, Josh Tiven and Mark Lindsay
I don't think Marc Davis has the grudge against us that he used to seem to have. (I can't remember if it was him or Kennedy reffing the game where Doc was ejected and Thibs didn't make a substitution for the entire 2nd half.)
Davis is just completely incompetent. I remember hearing that the players voted him worst referee one year.
Marc Davis, Scott Foster and Tony Brothers were all voted as the worst refs in the NBA by players and coaches in a 2016 LA Times survey.  He is the ref that baited Rondo and then Rondo threw a ball at him and he ejected him.  Bill Kennedy hates Doc because Doc made a comment about him being gay at one point.    Tiven lives in Connecticut and he has a twin brother who is a big Celtics fan and who has been shown in the crowd at the Garden when Tiven was officiating.

Last 10 games with Davis - Celtics 2-8, Heat 7-3
Last 10 games with Lindsay Celtics 6-4, Heat 4-6
Last 10 games with Tiven   Celtics 2-8, Heat 5-5

Woke up from a nice, much needed nap and saw the injuries news which I'm hoping is overall a good sign for the rest of this evening/night!

The C's need to overcome some road jitters early but then just attack the Heat. They can't stop the C's especially when Timelord plays. Personally, I expect Jaylen to have a big night tonight. I know he was great in Game 3 as well but I think tonight we'll see him more locked in and efficient as well on both sides (not that many dumb turnovers)

The Cs need to start this game with the same intensity they had in game 4.  Cool it with the 3s and attack Bam.

I hope the C's treat it like a Game 7. I loved hearing Ime, Timelord and Tatum after the game all saying that they need to play well all the time, not just when they get punched in the mouth and have their backs to the wall. I think they back up the talk with their play tonight.

Since the BKN series, C's are 5-0 after a loss but just 1-5 after a win lol.

It was Boston -1.5 yesterday. Perhaps the announcements of Herro being out and Smart and TL playing doubled the spread.
