I have three players I really want more than any other player this round, so none of you bums pick them, ya hear!

Sorry, bro. He's mine. I have not selected any player in the third round. I'm not going to let anyone steal my guys in the fourth, and that includes stealing your guy.

as an outsider looking in, i am surprised no one has brought up your team before you posted this.  i love this squad.  3 all star calibur bigs and jr smith....with two 4th round picks!!!  this is a team people need to take notice. i really like what you have done and look forward to seeing how u fill out the roster.

very well done kane!

Thanks Dark Lord. Tp for the love but also thanks an outsider for taking the time to comment.

no prob.  i always check this out from afar.  ur team is the one that really stuck out to me (in a positive way).  i love what u got and u have so many options, which is a big advantage.

No love for Golden State?

Three All-Star Bigs and the reigning 6th man of the Year.

I am sure some wonder about Lee off the bench but he was too good to pass up at 55 overall. Made the All-Star team, Double Double Machine (led the league). Can spread the floor.

Come on this team is talented and will always have great play around the basket and in the paint.

I think that you have to trade at least one of them to get a good rotation
you could get some good returns for them
hibbert provides rim protection, but randolph scores and rebounds more
lee scores and rebounds more than both, but he gets more minutes

overall i am very fond of your team

I know I should be wheeling and dealing, but I just really like the core of Bosh/ Smith/Parsons/ Hayward.

A PG to push pace would be ideal here. One who has leadership credentials. This team can run, but I can see the halfcourt execution too without question. As long Smith plays closer to the hoop  ;)

Anybody else believe the fourth round is going to carry even value with the third round?

Ha, is that why you reached on Smith? Awful during the playoffs, but still out at the clubs. And with no timetable yet for his return there's a chance he'll miss half the season.

J.R Smith aside. I don't understand the front court rotation? All three are real talents, but not one is capable of stretching the floor, meaning any two occupy too much of the same space offensively. Marc Gasol shot 48.5% on the long two last season, your floor spreader, David Lee shot 41.8%  - and he was worse between 3' and 16'. He' phenomenal at the rim though, 68.1%!, but then that's where Hibbert and Randolph do their work? (Fun frivolous fact I learned while checking my impressions against the #s. Zach Randolph dunked just 16 times last season. Huh.)

Defensively, Randolph and Hibbert together lack mobility, the ability to cover the three point line, and will suffer in transition. But at least they'll be punishing interior defenders. Lee is just a liability. "The Golden Gate."

And then you've got to pencil in some decline for BOTH Randolph, at 32 he's on the downside, and Lee, he'll be 31 before the playoffs start.  ;)

Wow, I was under the impression that Lee was a much better mid-range jump shooter.

Anyway, while you're on point with most of your stuff, I disagree that Randolph and Lee will be seeing declines soon, especially with Z-Bo. Neither of them rely on athleticism (like you said, Z-Bo dunked just 16 times on the whole season!) and neither of them have been the most mobile players, either. Both their games will age very well. Look at Duncan, who arguably didn't show sign of decline until he was 34.

Agree 100%. Sorry, the "decline" bit was a in-joke between me and Kane.

EDIT - Aw, and it would've been funnier if I'd said Randolph was 34 and Lee 33.
