Rookie Point Guard for the Atlanta Hawks looking very good at summer league. Amazing how similarly he plays to Rondo with an identical body style and an ability to go from slow-motion to lightning fast whilst finishing under contact or finding an open man. I don't know how big his hands are but he can shoot from three too- the one thing that Rondo has always struggled with. Has an instinct and awareness of where everyone is that only a few guys have like the premier passing PG's Rondo, Nash, CP3, Conley have.

Number 17 pick, Rondo was 21.

Summer League Stats: 10.8 points, 1.8 rebounds, 5.6 assists, 1.6 steals

Hawks just re-upped Jeff Teague to a huge contract but Schroeder may be the future for them. Of course it's just summer league but like Olynyk he's been very impressive so far.

"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.
