I'm only looking at the box score but doesn't seem like anyone other than lebron is doing anything special for the lakers.  Are the nuggets playing poorly or is LA's defense giving them problems?

I think this below explains it:

If Daniel Theis did the dirty stuff that Dwight Howard is doing right now he would be thrown out of the game and the league.

The Lakers are playing like the Bad Boy Pistons right now and getting away with it.

That quote is exactly right. All LeBron teams are alowed to play like goons.

Been a really sloppy game. Both teams have over a dozen turnovers.

LeBron has gotten hot, and Jokic is being assaulted by Dwight

I don't watch the lakers (can't stand the love fest they get from the commentators).  Do Miami or the Celtics have any chance against them or are they just too good?

  • GOT IT!!!
Denver doesn’t look good at all. Looks like a combination of fatigue and size. Lakers moving much fresher on defense.

If the Lakers are allowed to play like the Bad Boy Pistons, then I hope somebody from the Nuggets knock Lebron's knee or Davis's knee out. Fight dirty with dirty in order to win.

I think we would beat them. Their perimeter defence is really bad

Nuggets have cut the lead to 4pts
Expect the refs to step up for the Lakers in the 4thQ

The slobbering over LA by the commentary is beyond nauseating

Did PJ Dozier just take it to the rim against AD, and got an and-one?

You think it's bad now wait until the Finals - IF BOS versus LAL is the menu.

Ì liked Dozier last year, thought he had a chance to get a place on the roster this season.
Nice to see him in a big game and doing well.

James and Davis are great and Rondo is annoyingly good, but overall the Lakers still don't impress me that much.
They have a lot of size.

The only series where I thought: this is championship level worthy, was Miami against Milwaukee.
