How exactly are they doing this? They don't have cap room and the non-tax MLE is 53/4. Is this a S&T?

Strus hit the lottery. It’s movable but not good value for the Cavs.

Wonder if the fact that the KP deal was done quickly and nothing about JB yet means we may be having some negotiations with Brown, perhaps for something between the regular max and supermax? Or potentially exploring the gloated shorter term deal that would allow him to get a bigger payday after the 10 year mark?
